The Adirondack Distilling Company is located at 601 Varick Street in the small town of Utica, New York. Originally built as a bank in 1920, it has been transformed into a small-batch, craft distillery. The building’s history reminds us of a time when true artisan craftsmen made high quality products by hand – just as we do now.With state-of-the-art equipment and a custom-crafted copper still from Germany, Adirondack Distilling Company uses local gluten free ingredients and a distilling process that minimizes impact on the environment.
