Together with Ilaria Petitto, owner and wine producer from Donnachiara in Campania, Italy, we decided to offer a wine class about Campania while we taste her wines. During the pandemic I think we've all discovered how important wine is to our lives :) Ilaria makes a host of wines, we suggest trying to get her Falanghina and/or her Fiano d’Avellino and a bottle of her Aglianico, one white and one red. We will go through whichever wines you end up buying and if you don’t buy wines but just want to join in the fun, that’s okay too.
