Located in New Paltz, New York, Adair Vineyards specializes in two white varieties (Seyval Blanc and Vignoles), and two red varieties (Moch and Millot.) Their ten acres allow them to produce 20,000 bottles and you can visit their cellar to see exactly how they produce their wines. This is a good place to bring your four-legged friends if you want a nice day outdoors.
