It’s an opportunity to relax, savor, and enjoy the pairing of wine and jazz.

Back for the 8th year by popular demand, Peter White will headline Jazz In The Vines on July 27 at Jamesport Vineyards! Doors 6:00 PM, Show 7:00 PM. Over the years, Peter White has maintained a reputation as one of the most versatile and prolific acoustic guitarists on the contemporary jazz landscape. “I throw my net far and wide,” he says, “and don’t label it. It’s just instrumental music. I like to play nice songs on the guitar and I hope people like it.” Based on his stellar four-decade track record, and the instantly contagious grooves he’s created on multiple chart-topping albums, that’s not going to be a problem.

In 2024, Jay Beckenstein and band observe the 50th anniversary of Spyro Gyra! They will close out Jazz In The Vines on August 24 at Jamesport Vineyards. What started as a diversion, something that was just for fun (and twenty-five cents at the door) turned into a decades-long entertainment phenomenon. It all began inauspiciously when Beckenstein and a few musician friends in Buffalo NY organized a get-together in 1974. Fast forward 50 years and this jazz supergroup has released over 30 albums, garnering gold and platinum along the way. They’ve played over 10,000 concerts on six continents. Spyro Gyra has maintained its standards of excellence and that has sustained them on the “A list” of live attractions in jazz for 50 years.
